  • No physical shipment is involved unless specifically mentioned (such as travel kits, brochures, or merchandise).

2. E-Ticket Delivery

  • Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive your e-ticket and itinerary via your registered email and/or phone number within 24–48 hours.
  • In case of last-minute bookings or express confirmations, delivery may happen within a few hours.

3. Documentation

  • Any necessary documents like invoices, travel guides, pickup details, or ID proof requirements will be emailed to you before your travel date.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid and active email address and phone number during the booking process.

4. Delays or Non-Delivery

  • If you do not receive your travel documents within the stipulated timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately at chetakholidays@gmail.com.
  • Chetak Holidays will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered emails caused by incorrect contact details or issues beyond our control (such as technical disruptions or internet outages).

5. Physical Shipments (If Applicable)

  • For special promotions or events where physical items (e.g., gift hampers or merchandise) are part of the offering, deliveries will be processed through trusted courier services.
  • Delivery timelines and tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the parcel has been dispatched.
